If the cryptocurrency ETP industry can have been around long enough to have a veteran participant, that participant is Laurent Kssis, who was recently announced as the managing director and head of Europe for Brazilian-based crypto asset manager, Hashdex.

MV Index Solutions GmbH (MVIS), in partnership with CryptoCompare, have announced the licensing of the MVIS CryptoCompare Media & Entertainment Leaders Index (ticker: MVMELE) to Investo as underlying indices for their NFTS11 ETF.

UCITS ETF issuer HANetf has partnered with Mexican broker Casa de Bolsa Finamex, SAB de CV ‘Finamex’ to launch their first UCITS ETF: Finamex Mexico International Sovereign Bond 5-10yr UCITS ETF (Ticker: MEXS). This is the first fixed income ETF launched on the HANetf platform.

Crypto asset manager Hashdex is to launch its Web3 ETF on the Brazilian stock exchange, B3, under the ticker symbol WEB311 at the end of March.

Northern Trust Asset Management’s FlexShares ETFs has launched two Emerging Markets climate-focused ETFs in Europe: the FlexShares Emerging Markets High Dividend Climate ESG UCITS ETF (QDFE) and the FlexShares Emerging Markets Low Volatility Climate ESG UCITS ETF (QVFE). 

Kevin Carter’s emerging market internet ETF, EMQQ, has had another interesting year, having been up 80 per cent last calendar year, up 25 per cent in the first six weeks of this year and then undergone a period of such extreme volatility that it is largely flat for its year-to-date figures.
