November global ETF assets slightly down but still see record inflows
November global ETF inflows figures show a record USD1.14 trillion in net inflows in the first 11 months of 2021 according to ETFGI.
During November the global ETFs and ETPs industry gathered USD97.44 billion, bringing year-to-date net inflows to USD1.14 trillion according to the firm. Assets have increased 24.2 per cent YTD in 2021, going from USD7.99 trillion at end of 2020, to USD9.92 trillion at the end of November, but decreased over November by 0.6 per cent, from USD9.98 trillion at the end of October 2021.
There have been record YTD 2021 net inflows of USD1.14 trillion beating the prior record of USD670.16 billion gathered YTD 2020. November was the 30th month of consecutive net inflows, with equity ETFs and ETPs listed globally gathering a record USD788.95 billion in YTD net inflows in 2021.
