Amundi ETF lists fixed income ETF on NYSE Euronext Paris
Amundi ETF has launched an exchange-traded fund on NYSE Euronext Paris providing investors with exposure to the EuroMTS Lowest-Rated Government Capped 1-3 Index.
The EuroMTS Lowest-Rated Government Capped 1-3 Index is reviewed on a monthly basis and composed of government bonds issued by Euro Zone member states meeting specific criteria, notably ratings at least two lower than AAA (or equivalent rating from S&P, Moody’s, and Fitch) and a maturity of one to three years.
This new ETF enables investors to take positions on the short maturity fixed income segment of Euro Zone countries with an Investment Grade rating. It is offered with a TER of 0.14 per cent.
The new asset allocation tool broadens Amundi ETF’s fixed income range, providing investors with a choice of exposures to Euro Zone government bonds by rating (lowest or highest within the Investment Grade universe) and maturity (all maturities or one to three years).
Valérie Baudson, global head of ETF and indexing at Amundi, says: “This latest launch is in line with our wish to offer investors a range of quality and competitively-priced products, enabling them to allocate assets according to their market expectations.”
